28 FICS^® Customers Included in Annual Survey of Top Commercial/Multifamily Servicers

DALLAS, July 14, 2015 — Financial Industry Computer Systems, Inc. (FICS^®), a provider of loan origination software, residential servicing software and commercial servicing software for the mortgage industry, today announced that 28 of its servicing clients were ranked in the top 100 companies by the Mortgage Banking Association (MBA) for its 2014 Year-End Survey of Commercial/Multifamily Servicing Volumes.

MBA's survey of servicers is released twice a year -- mid-year and year-end -- and gathers data on the volume of loans serviced. It includes breakouts for primary, master and special servicing. It also ranks servicing firms by their total servicing volumes, as well as their servicing for specific investor groups, including CMBS, life insurance companies, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, FHA and other investor groups.

Capital Funding, LLC, an FICS customer based in Baltimore, Md., has been recognized on the list for its total primary and master servicing of total loans, commercial bank/savings institution loans, and other loans.
