"The training course introduced me to a new level of thinking & caused me to zoom past my fears. What FICS® does as a company was foreign to me but through the training course I gained the focus, the confidence, & the backing that I needed to be successful within the company."

"The FICS® training program allowed for me to broaden my horizon and see things from many perspectives! Having no prior knowledge was an experience within itself! Through the FICS® training program I gained a sense of understanding, eagerness & joined a team willing to help and support me! The training is thorough and helped us to learn more about ourselves as individuals. I loved the training program because it's a way not only to see if you're a good candidate for the company, but if the company is a good fit for you as well! I believe if you want to succeed here at FICS® your equipped with everything necessary to do just that! Not to mention Kimberly Ison is amazing! Her instructions and guidance with the Third-Party Interface are well beyond what I could've imagined and/or asked for! She has helped me to learn so much in such a short amount of time! I believe the material we covered in training was an overload, though its beneficial as it pertains to which department, you're a good fit for! None the less, the FICS® training was impactful and was beneficial in determining where I needed to be and where I wanted to be."

"As a recent college graduate, I tremendously appreciated the opportunity to experience FICS's training program. Without any prior experience, I was given a thorough introduction to the mortgage industry while attending specialized training for the software FICS® develops. The program was not only a way for the company to evaluate my skill set and strengths--it was also a way for me to appraise the company and its familial culture.

Throughout the program, Shalecia, Sherri, and Billy rigorously assessed my aptitude, proficiencies, and expertise, then carefully situated me in a position in the Technical Support department where I can perform to the best of my abilities and interests. I have the utmost respect and gratitude to them for fitting me where I belong in the company."
