Top Reasons to Attend the FICS® 38th Annual Users' Conference – April 9 – 11, 2025

The countdown to this year’s Users’ Conference has begun!
This year’s Users’ Conference is right around the corner! Conference sessions include valuable information for new users as well as people who have been using FICS’ software for years. Here’s what a few customers shared about last year’s conference and the top reasons for attending below:
- Amber Mulnix, Systems Analyst for Community 1st Credit Union, said, "Attending last year's Users' Conference was an incredibly valuable experience. The sessions were informative, and the networking opportunities allowed me to connect with peers and hear what others do for best practices. The dinners were wonderful, providing a great chance to unwind and further build connections. I also love that the conference is compact, making it easy to attend and get a lot out of a short amount of time. I’m already looking forward to this year’s conference and the new ideas we’ll gain from it!”
- Anita Brinkman, Loan Servicing & Reporting Analyst for Rose Community Capital, LLC, said, “The FICS users conference is a great experience. It is so nice to meet face to face with everyone, FICS employees and peers, and get to know everyone. You get the opportunity to ask as many questions regarding the software as you like, plus hear from others that use the software and what questions they might have that will help you with your everyday transactions and tracking that you might not have thought of. Learning about the new updates is always exciting and you get to be a part of the enhancement requests! You can’t ask for anything more, it is so important. Lastly…the food and entertainment are top notch. It is an experience.”
- Robert Dinardi, Vice President at Stockman Bank, said, “As a newer customer, it has been very beneficial to me to attend the FICS users conference the past two years. The size of the event allows us to spend time directly with the FICS team, which is invaluable. It’s also great to get together with your peers and network and gain valuable resources as we are all solving for similar problems.” ”
Here are the top reasons to join us in Dallas this April:
- Learn from other system users. We encourage you to participate in group discussions and activities. During the interactive sessions, we’ll share information with you, but we want to hear from you, too! Plus, you’ll have plenty of time to meet other users during meals, breaks, sessions, and open forums to network and share knowledge.
- The opportunity to influence future versions of Loan Producer®, Mortgage Servicer® or Commercial Servicer®. You will have a chance to review the Users’ Choice Enhancements Survey. Each company will get one vote (per system) to determine the prioritization of the requested enhancements. We want to know what’s most important to you! You must attend the conference to vote on the enhancement requests. You will also have the opportunity to preview proposed future enhancements we already have on the horizon!
- Vendor collaboration—straight from the source. A Freddie Mac® representative will discuss tips to optimize investor reporting and reconciliations, specifically for Mortgage Servicer® users. QIE Partners Inc. will also share their expertise with Mortgage Servicer® users in how they make investor reporting and reconciliations with the GSEs a breeze! Get insight from the experts!
- Meet with system experts for one-on-one, hands-on support. Open Labs will be available for Loan Producer®, Mortgage Servicer®, and Commercial Servicer®. Mortgage Servicer®/Commercial Servicer® API will share insights on new enhancements added that continue to make automation easier. Report Writer System Support will have several sessions that provide additional insight into the functionality provided with Pentaho® Report Writer. Technical Support, Web Support, and API Support will have tables in the foyer where users can stop by and chat. There will be plenty of opportunities to speak with our system experts to ask whatever questions you may have.
- System Overview Sessions for each system. The Mortgage Servicer®, Commercial Servicer® and Loan Producer® system overview sessions are perfect for new users and existing users who want to take full advantage of the systems’ features and functionality. Our system support teams will test your knowledge of the systems’ functionality, while also educating you on the “treasures” you may not know about! Even long-term users will pick up plenty of useful tips and tricks, so be sure to join us for these invaluable sessions!
As usual, before and after these great sessions, we’ll enjoy fantastic food and fun activities with additional networking opportunities. The conference will kick off on Wednesday night with cocktails, dinner, and entertainment by Pete’s Dueling Pianos. On Thursday night, we’ll head to the hotel ballroom for dinner and drinks followed by a DJ and dancing under the stars (weather permitting)! You’ll also have an opportunity to win fabulous prizes!
