Five Fabulous Reasons to Attend the FICS® 36th Annual Users' Conference – April 19 – 21, 2023
The countdown to this year’s Users’ Conference has begun. We’re excited to be meeting in person again! Conference sessions include valuable information for new users as well as people who have been using FICS’ software for years. Here’s what two customers said about last year’s conference:

Here are five reasons to join us in Dallas this April:
- System Overview Sessions for each system. Our system support team often hear customers say, “I didn’t know Loan Producer® could do that!” when they discover a new feature. We get it. There’s a lot of fabulous functionality in our software to help you work smarter, not harder. The Mortgage Servicer®, Commercial Servicer® and Loan Producer® system overview sessions are perfect for new users or existing users who want to take full advantage of the system’s features and functionality. Even long-term users will pick up plenty of useful tips and tricks, so be sure to join us for this invaluable session.
- Regulatory updates and vendor collaboration—straight from the source. A Fannie Mae® representative will discuss the Address Change LAR Type and the New Master Servicer Portfolio Manager, specifically for Mortgage Servicer® users. In the Loan Producer® session a DocMagic® representative will share the Competitive Digital Advantage provided by using Loan Producer® and DocMagic® features together. Get your questions answered by the experts!
- Meet with system experts for one-on-one, hands-on support. There will be Open Labs for Loan Producer®, Mortgage Servicer® and Commercial Servicer®. Mortgage Servicer®/Commercial Servicer® API sessions will cover ways to automate daily tasks. Technical Support, Report Writer, Web Support, and API Support will have tables in the foyer where users can stop by and chat. That specific loan scenario that you can’t seem to get to work out right; that end-of-day process that keeps slipping through the cracks—whatever questions you may have, our system experts will be on standby to answer them and help you find creative solutions that meet your needs.
- Learn from other system users. During the interactive sessions, we’ll share information with you, and we also want to hear from you. We encourage you to participate in group discussions and activities. You’ll have plenty of time to meet other users during meals, breaks, sessions, and open forums. - The opportunity to influence future versions of Loan Producer®, Mortgage Servicer®, or Commercial Servicer®. You will have a chance to review the Enhancement Requests Survey. Each company will get one vote (per system) to determine the prioritization of the requested enhancements. We want to know what’s most important to you! You must attend the conference to vote on the enhancement requests.
And before and after these great sessions, we’ll enjoy fantastic food and fun activities with additional networking opportunities. We’ll kick off the conference on Wednesday night with cocktails, dinner and entertainment by magician, Trigg Watson. On Thursday night we’ll head to Fogo De Chao for a feast, drinks, DJ and dancing. You’ll also have an opportunity to win fabulous prizes!
