FICS' 35th Annual Users' Conference: Virtually Connected

FICS' 35th Annual Users' Conference: Virtually Connected

Concerned about everyone’s health, we decided to hold this year’s conference virtually. Last year’s virtual conference was well received. Anita Brinkman, Manager of Servicing and Reporting for Rose Community Capital, said, “With the 2021 FICS Users’ Conference being virtual, I didn’t know what to expect. It wasn’t the typical conference where we got to see everyone and interact with the FICS staff and other users in person, but it was filled with so much information. I was able to see things that I forgot the system can do to help our processes. It is also a way to have input in new functionality added to the system. I look forward to the Users’ Conference every year.”

We’re looking forward to sharing valuable industry and FICS® system information with you at this year’s virtual conference on April 13 – 14, 2022. Here are five fantastic reasons to join us online:

Regulatory updates and industry trends—straight from the source. Fannie Mae® representatives will discuss their initiatives in the Loan Producer® session and reporting changes in the Mortgage Servicer® session. Ginnie Mae® representatives will discuss reporting changes in Mortgage Servicer® and Commercial Servicer sessions. Doc Magic® reps will talk about eClosings. This is a terrific opportunity to “ask the experts”!

Discover new features and functionality to help you work more efficiently. Learn how you can reduce errors and eliminate after-hours work by automating recurring reports (e.g., end-of-day, end-of-month) and programs with the Mortgage Servicer API and Commercial Servicer API. Take advantage of the conference being virtual by registering more people from your company to attend. This means the people using our software every day will be able to pick up tips directly from FICS’ staff instead of relying on a colleague to come back and report what they learned. And you won’t have to miss valuable presentations because you could only send one person but use multiple systems.

System Overview Sessions for each system. Our system support team often hear customers say, “I didn’t know Mortgage Servicer® could do that!” when they discover a new feature. We get it. There’s a lot of fabulous functionality in our software to help you work smarter, not harder. The Mortgage Servicer®, Commercial Servicer® and Loan Producer® system overview sessions are perfect for new users or existing users who want to take full advantage of the system’s features and functionality. Even long-term users will pick up plenty of useful tips and tricks, so be sure to join us for these invaluable sessions.

Learn from other system users. Q & A opportunities in all sessions will give you a chance to share and discover new functionality, workflow processes and best practices. This year’s sessions will be more interactive, allowing two-way conversations with session presenters including discussions during the review of the Enhancement Requests Survey. You will also be able to interact with the exhibitors through their dedicated pages on the conference hub.

The opportunity to influence future versions of Loan Producer®, Mortgage Servicer®, or Commercial Servicer®. You will have a chance to review the Enhancement Requests Survey. Each company will get one vote (per system) to determine the prioritization of the requested enhancements. We want to know what’s most important to you! You must attend the conference to vote on the enhancement requests.

The last day to register is April 6, 2022.  To register for the 2022 Virtual Users’ Conference, go to Client Access and select “Users’ Conference Registration” from the menu bar to locate the registration link.  Please contact Registration@FICS.com if you have any questions or need assistance. We hope to see you online in April!
