FICS Named by Mortgage Technology Magazine as a 2012 “Top 50 Service Provider”
DALLAS, July 13, 2012 – Financial Industry Computer Systems, Inc. (FICS), a provider of loan origination software (LOS), residential servicing software and commercial servicing software for the mortgage industry, announced that it was again recognized by Mortgage Technology magazine as a “Top 50 Service Provider.”
Mortgage Technology commended FICS for the recent launch of the third generation of its residential loan origination system (LOS), Loan Producer version 6.00, as well as a new website with a client access portal that improves customer support and user interface efficiency.
“Inclusion in Mortgage Technology’s Top 50 Service Providers represents a company’s commitment to ongoing innovation and excellence, with particular emphasis on the nominees’ most recent accomplishments,” said Austin Kilgore, managing editor of Mortgage Technology. “The annual list continues to serve as validation of established mortgage industry participants who aren’t content resting on their laurels, as well as the innovations and successes of the industry’s up-and-coming service providers.”
According to the publication, “Top 50 Service Provider” nominees are measured in four areas that are key to mortgage industry leadership: ongoing progress in technology and service offerings; viable revenue model and value proposition to users; outstanding customer service; and a distinctive influence on the industry as a whole.
“We take great pride in being a regular fixture on Mortgage Technology’s annual listing, and I believe it underscores the continued dedication and hard work of our staff in providing outstanding service and ongoing innovation to our customers,” said Susan Graham, president and COO of FICS.
In addition to the new Loan Producer 6.00, FICS also offers residential and commercial servicing software platforms. Mortgage Servicer automates all residential servicing functions including escrow administration, collections, investor accounting, payment processing, loss mitigation and year-end reporting. Commercial Servicer enables lenders to service commercial loans, including investor reporting, and accommodate the servicing of lines of credit and loans for equipment or inventory.
