We elected to incorporate the extremely comprehensive and widely used Crystal Reports® report writer, enabling you to create any report you desire. Create simple queries or reports with math calculations and calculated columns. Output reports to a wide array of file formats, graphs, or even HTML to attach to your website or intranet. SAP® BusinessObjects™ Enterprise makes distribution of your generated reports a snap.
Billing
Whether you prefer amortized loan statements, billed interest statements or coupons, Commercial Servicer provides you the billing method to match your organization’s philosophies. Print in-house or outsource to a third party print vendor. A billed interest history table keeps a convenient permanent electronic record of all amounts billed. Bills can be sent to borrowers or any other destination of choice.
Email Reports and Letters
Since we built Commercial Servicer to take full advantage of current technology, you have the ability to email reports, letters and notices directly from your computer. Radstar electronically stores all report and document output so emailing them or posting them to an intranet is a breeze. Take advantage of posting borrower loan statements, escrow analysis, ARM analysis, payoff letters, etc. to your website through the optional LoanStat module.
Construction Loans
Automate all your construction loan processing and servicing in Commercial Servicer. Set up construction budgets and templates with user-defined cost items for each of your property types.
